Stealth Rangers July 21-23
Stealth Rangers is a playful exploration of what it would be like to move over landscape completely undetected. We will learn to move silently and slowly in the shadows of the forest in order to sharpen our awareness and know nature move deeply.
On this journey, the Coyote and Fox will be our guides, teaching us to be stealthy, quiet and wise. Like them, we will get muddy, connect with nature and challenge each other to deepen our knowledge of the forest.
It is our vision that your child will have a beautiful week of play, connection and magic while also walking away with a bit more awareness of themselves and the natural world.

Have you ever dreamed of traveling to Africa?
Join us for an exciting three-day summer art adventure where imagination meets tradition, creativity and culture!
In this vibrant hands-on workshop, young artists will explore the ancient and evolving art of Africa. From learning how masks were traditionally crafted to experimenting with natural pigments and discovering the transformation of rock art into modern graffiti, we will dive deep into a world of artistic expression.
Over three fun-filled days, each child will design and create their own one of a kind mask using both ancient techniques and modern flair. We’ll also journey through stories, ignite our creativity, and put them into action. Come explore wild and wonderful ways to express ourselves through art inspired by travel and imagination.
Family Fun Day
A summer gathering for our Forest of Light Nature Academy community that follows the flow of classes held in Spring and Autumn sessions. This creative and fun day with families includes games, handwork, nature exploration, a shared snack, and storytelling.

Rooted & Radiant August 9-10
This is an immersive workshop series lovingly created for adults. While we celebrate the wonder of all ages, this offering is intended for mature participants ready to explore in a focused, embodied way.
Welcome to the wonderful world of the plant kingdom, where a language beyond words is to be found. Here we will meet some wild allies at the edges of the woods. While exploring the teachings of the Honorable Harvest woven together with songs, storytelling, and creative expression, we shall delve into foraging and plant identification techniques. As we deepen the understanding of plant relationships together, the adventures will continue into the realm of fermented goodness.
For those who wish to breathe in and slow down… with feet in the forest under a canopy of trees dancing in the breeze. Find connection to the landscape around and deep within through guided meditation, a singing prayer walk, and space to simply be ~ in stillness.
Followed by an invitation to walk the spiral labyrinth and circle together. Before parting ways, we shall gather around the fire to immerse our spirits in the sound of voices uplifted and taste the flavors of our collective endeavors in creating a unique Forest of Light song-infused plant elixir.
